I have a love of food, that is eating it, not preparing it. I’m the type of person who two weeks before an event, has already checked out the restaurant’s website, analyzed it’s menu and decided what to order. I also can recall what I ate at what restaurant and where years afterward. I am also known to rhapsodize about meals and restaurants that I like rather excessively. And so, I decided that I should expand this hobby into another one, a culinary blog.
So, with this blog, my attempt is to pass on my restaurant critiques, relevant culinary activities or event schedules, food travels and general useful food information.
